The Easiest Way To Save on Your Monthly Housing Payment

I was speaking with my lender the other day, we were discussing taxes and the many clients we had both had that had called us for help in fighting their current assessment.  One thing that just blew my shorts off was the fact that you have the ability to actually change the payment plan for the increase in taxes to your home!  

If you own a $500k home and you have your homestead exemption in place, you still could be left with a $1000 extra annaul bill at the end of the year!  This being said, the lenders normally only give you 2 options on how to pay, up front or through a 12 month repayment plan with the escrow.  Well, she indicated that there are many options.  You don't have to choose just the 12 month option!  Take a look at the video below and learn more!  

With options in some case studies we have heard as much as 4 years with repayment! The truth is that you will have to pay all the money back, but this could help you lighten that initial shock of making payments so much higher than you were jsut a few months before.  2024 doesn't have to kill you in regards to your payments.
